Job description

Job Title

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Job Description

You will oversee employee performance and scheduling. You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts. You will work with donors to resolve concerns. You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events. You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas. You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.

What you bring to Takeda: High school diploma or equivalent. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification. Frequent bending and reaching. Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance. Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required.
