Your future role at a glance

Location: Racine, WI

Facility: Racine Area Manufacturing Company 

Department: Case Management/Occupational Health

Schedule: Part-time | Day Shift 

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Current Wisconsin or multi-state/compact state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required by date of hire.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire required.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • 12 + hours per week, flexible schedule can be negotiated with client. Currently hours flex to cover first and second shift needs | Morning to early afternoon | No evenings, weekends or holidays 
  • 5+ years of RN experience necessary, Urgent Care, ED, Case Management and/or Occ Health clinic experience desired.
  • Occupational Health nursing and knowledge of OSHA first aid desired.
