Description:

LZT is seeking a Cargo Logistics Integrator to support human spaceflight programs by coordinating end-to-end cargo logistics and manifest planning. The role focuses on managing hardware deliveries, forecasting inventory, resolving logistics issues, maintaining production and readiness schedules, and ensuring mission milestones are met. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage cargo logistics and hardware delivery planning across mission lifecycles.
  • Track open work, resolve logistics issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Forecast hardware inventory needs for flight, training, and ground support.
  • Coordinate hardware readiness, pre delivery reviews, and manifest updates.
  • Monitor production and processing schedules, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Develop and maintain logistics processes, workflows, and status reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align logistics with mission requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing with 4+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 2+ years.
  • Familiarity with NASA processes and mission integration.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, aerospace, or manufacturing.
  • Strong organization skills; ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with hardware readiness, production planning, or flight integration.
