CLINIC MANAGER
Aspirus Cardiology Clinic, Wausau, WI
Full Time (1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period)
Monday - Friday day shift, generally no weekends

Lead. Build. Transform Specialized Outpatient Cardiac Care.
We're looking for a leader who wants more than a traditional management role. This is a chance to shape our outpatient specialty programs within Cardiology, elevate patient experience, and guide a team through meaningful, lasting change. What You'll Lead
  • Aspirus Research Institute, Ideal Weight Solutions, and Clinical Support teams

  • Managing budgets, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships

  • Workflow and process improvement initiatives

  • Patient experience and access optimization

  • Collaboration with cardiologists, APPs, diagnostics, CT Surgery and scheduling teams
