Job description

Salary:

Hospice Care Options is seeking an energetic individual to join our sales team. The Hospice Account Specialist is responsible for sales efforts in a designated territory and requires the ability to interact with a diverse group of referral sources. The ideal candidate will have experience with Hospice Philosophy and will be familiar with hospital case managers, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and home health companies. The territory marketer will be expected to participate in community events within their territory and build rapport with civic organizations.

Job Requirements:

  • Day travel is required
  • A valid Georgia nursing license is preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in healthcare sales is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community
  • Knowledge of corporate business management.
  • Demonstrates good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as negotiation skills and public relations skills
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
