Job description

Promote customer service as a priority by being attentive to guestsโ€™ needs including but not limited to: providing prompt, courteous service, taking and filling orders, clearing, and setting tables.

Greet guests as they are seated at table.

Provide guests with information regarding the buffet and food selection.

Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.

Assist in resolving adverse guest issues to the guestโ€™s satisfaction.

Maintain an assigned section; including but not limited to, bussing tables, setting tables, and quality table maintenance.

Maintain an appropriate level of stock throughout shift including but not limited to; stocking and filling coffee, tea, ice, juices, sugar, ketchup, silverware, and glasses.

Maintain a professional and neat appearance of work station.

Maintain confidentiality of company and player information.

Such other job-related duties as may be assigned including but not limited to cocktail serving and bartending (if over the age of 21), by instruction from management.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency license and Washington State Gaming Licenses.

Must be at least 17 years of age

Obtain and maintain a Class 12 or 13 Washington State alcohol server permit

Obtain and maintain a Washington State Food Handlers permit.

Obtain and maintain TIPS certification.
