Job description

Holly Springs Parks & Recreation department is seeking a part-time Front Desk Assistant at the Cultural Center. This position performs front desk operations, including a full concession stand which includes coffee, espresso, popcorn and alcohol sales, managing and setting up events, concert and program assistance all while providing energetic customer service to the patrons of the Holly Springs Cultural Center.

This individual is an important team player of a small staff. This is a Part-Time position. Duties Include: Greeting Visitors Answering Phone Program Registration Ticket Sales Concessions/Coffee Bar Preparing spaces for rentals and programs Assisting Department staff as needed This position involves working nights, rotating weekends, early mornings, up to 19 hours per week on a regular basis (hours may fluctuate based on need).

Candidate should be able to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.

Preferred candidates should be 18 years and older. Salary: $12.00 - $14.00
