We are in the process of building a downtown field to host a Milwaukee Brewers' minor league team starting in 2026. Wilson has the strongest manufacturing base in our part of the state, including tire manufacturing, pharmaceutical and other industries. Rec Aide 1- Groundskeeper This is an entry level position that assists in the upkeep of the grounds for Parks, Greenways, Pools, and Athletic Fields. Rec Aide 2- Groundskeeper This position assists in the upkeep of the grounds for Parks, Greenways, Pools, and Athletic Fields. This position is a key holder and is the contact person on weekends.

He also supervises Rec Aide- Groundskeeper I during weekend shifts. Rec Aide 3- Groundskeeper This position assists in the upkeep of the grounds for Parks, Greenways, Pools, and Athletic Fields. This position is required to be able to operate city truck and trailer for mowers, coordinate shelter cleanup around weekend rentals schedule, perform safety site inspections of parks, and make minor bathrooms repairs.

Rec Aide 4- Groundskeeper This position assists in the upkeep of the grounds for Parks, Greenways, Pools, and Athletic Fields. This position meets all the requirement of Rec Aide Groundskeeper II, however, has the ability to handle athletic events, handle significant bathrooms issues, make minor repairs to scoreboards, make minor repairs to shelters. Job Responsibilities Rec Aide 1- Groundskeeper $8.00/hr Major Duties Specific duties of the position include but are not limited to: Mowing Parks, Right of Ways, Greenways Athletic Field Maintenance Weed-eating and edging Leaf and debris removal General park maintenance Supervisory/Management Responsibility None Rec Aide 2- Groundskeeper $10.00/hr Major Duties Specific duties of the position include but are not limited to: Mowing Parks, Right of Ways, Greenways Athletic Field Maintenance Weed-eating and edging Leaf and debris removal General park maintenance Supervisory/Management Responsibility Supervises Rec Aide- Groundskeeper I Rec Aide 3- Groundskeeper $12.00/hr Major Duties Specific duties of the position include but are not limited to: Mowing Parks, Right of Ways, Greenways Athletic Field Maintenance Weed-eating and edging Leaf and debris removal General park maintenance Supervisory/Management Responsibility Will be required to supervise Rec Aide- Groundskeepers I & II on weekend shifts
