ABOUT THE JOB
Infinium Spirits seeks passionate, motivated, and dynamic Brand Development Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a front-facing Brand Development Specialist, you will be on the front lines, driving brand awareness, educating consumers, training, influencing, and motivating distributors. This role will build brands, maximize distribution, and serve as the main point of contact for both off-premise and on-premise accounts in the Orlando, FL area.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Sales and Brand Development:
  • Frontline Selling: Actively sell Infinium Spirits' brands to on-premise and off-premise accounts, achieving and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Brand Promotion: Promote our brands through tastings, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Program Implementation: Plan and implement programs to deliver distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotional objectives.
  • Brand Representation: Be the face of Infinium Spirits at industry events, trade shows, and other relevant gatherings.
Education and Training:
  • Consumer Education: Conduct tastings and educational sessions for consumers to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Distributor Training: Train distributor sales teams on brand knowledge, selling points, and effective sales techniques.
  • Brand Building: Utilize consumer and category trends to educate customers, solve problems, and maximize sales.
  • Resource Development: Create and distribute educational materials such as brand books, sales sheets, and training guides.
Relationship Management:
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise and off-premise accounts to increase the market share of our brands. Implement solutions to grow existing accounts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Communication: Serve as the communication lead between key customers, distributors, and our internal teams.
  • Networking: Develop and leverage relationships within the industry to enhance brand visibility and sales opportunities.
KPI and Target Achievement:
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve sales and performance targets set by the company.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • KPI Monitoring: Achieve and monitor agreed upon KPIs with key customers.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
  • Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • A valid driver’s license
    • Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor’s permit in any state
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience

  • Ability amp; willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Candidates must reside in/near territory
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the alcohol beverage industry
  • Experience in market development and sales analysis
  • Experience building customer relationships
  • Deep understanding of premium tequila and whiskey
  • Bilingual – able to speak in Spanish proficiently
Physical Demands:
  • Standing and walking: working in retail or conducting field sales requires spending a significant amount of time on your feet; this could include standing for long periods or walking for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Lifting and carrying: this role may involve lifting and carrying product samples, promotional materials, or demonstration equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Driving: a significant amount of time will be spent driving, so sitting for long periods, navigating through traffic, and handling the physical demands of operating a vehicle are required.
  • Physical presentations: must be able to stand, gesture, and maintain a high level of energy and engagement throughout presentations to clients/potential customers.

Compensation amp; Benefits:
  • Target salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year (final offer based on experience).
