Job description

Job Title:         Training / Education Specialist
Client:              Medical Device Manufacturing Industry
Duration:         2 Years (Possible Extension)
Location:         Jacksonville, FL 32216
Shift:                1st Shift

Role Overview
• Support and execute medical education and product training programs
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops at the ENT training facility
• Manage bioskills lab activities and support hands-on training sessions

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate in-house product training programs
• Execute ENT medical education courses and workshops
• Support bioskills lab activities including setup and cadaveric tissue management
• Maintain training equipment and lab materials to ensure effective training sessions
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute training programs
• Manage projects related to training from planning to implementation
• Ensure proper lab setup and training aids are available for sessions

Must Have
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Clinical Training, Field Sales, or Clinical Support in medical device or healthcare industry
• Comfort working with cadaveric tissue in a bioskills lab environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have
• Experience as a Scrub Technician or Surgical Nurse (especially in ENT specialty)
• Experience with ENT medical devices or related surgical systems
• Understanding of sterile field protocols, surgical instruments, and operating room procedures
