Job description

As a Bad Ass Coffee barista, your responsibilities will include Customer Service, Cashier, Drink Preparation, Preparation and Serving of Food Items and general upkeep of the store. This includes:

  • Preparing coffee and tea beverages for customers, preparing food items
  • Promoting coffee consumption by educating customers about different drinks and products
  • Recommending the coffeehouse’s products to undecided clientele
  • Cleaning and maintaining the store during downtime as needed
  • Ensuring that you are always adhering to food safety procedures
  • Cash handling and accurately record customer order information
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently as they arise

Barista or cashier experience is welcomed, but not necessary!
