Production Manager – Automotive Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing, with strong knowledge of automation and assembly equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR to ensure safety practices, employee policies, training, and performance expectations are maintained.
  • Utilize Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  • Work with Maintenance and Engineering to troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of automation, robotics, assembly equipment, and automated production processes.
  • Analyze production data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure employees follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of supervisory/management experience; automotive preferred.
  • Strong manufacturing/production background.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
