What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service departments operating efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting technicians with identifying and locating the correct parts

  • Processing repair order parts requests quickly and accurately

  • Ordering, receiving, and stocking inventory

  • Maintaining organized inventory and parts storage

  • Working with vendors and manufacturers

  • Assisting wholesale and retail customers

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records

  • Helping maximize technician productivity by providing timely parts support

  • Working closely with service advisors and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience
