Description: Employment as an Aftermarket Territory Manager to sell specified products and services. An assigned territory within which the salesperson will act as an Aftermarket Territory Manager. Territories are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. Other accounts and zip codes may be assigned to the salesperson from time to time as specified by the company.

  • Compensation: Commissions are not capped with an estimated $75,000 - $100,000 annual salary

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest levels of communication, truthfulness, and customer service to our internal and external customers.
  • Sales aides and materials to promote sales in service, parts, rental operator training and specified allied equipment.
  • High standards of sales support in inventories, service, sales aides, and sales management
  • Represent the company faithfully and loyally while promoting the Dealership's total facilities and services
  • Establish and maintain a rapport with Customers, which promotes fairness to the Customers and our organization
  • Aggressively promote and sell all company product lines and services in the assigned territory on a full-time basis and to maintain close contact with all customers and prospective customers.
  • Maintain and increase the sales volume of assigned accounts and territories.
  • Maintain an awareness of local competitive conditions and report them back to management on a timely basis.
  • Provide useful and practical services to customers.
  • Aggressively seek new customers and formulate a plan for such action.
  • Comply with all dealer policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company

  • Produce satisfactory sales volume and gross profit for the company while obtaining goals set forth for the Aftermarket Territory Manager by WEC Management.

  • Sell all goods in accordance with established Company policies with the full understanding of the representative and the customer that the Company management accepts no order.
  • Provide an automobile suitable to the company for transportation for solicitation of sales, this includes maintenance and insurance.
  • To represent the company loyally, faithfully and in accordance with the Salesman's job description and existing company policies, directives, and instructions.
  • Make every effort to sell all company products and services in the assigned territory on a full-time basis.
  • Maintain sales materials and pricing information up-to-date and in good order. Not to sign customer name on any company documents. Not to sign company's name to any contract, commercial paper or other instrument. These must be handled by an officer of the company.
