Entry‑Level Auto Finance Representative

Onsite | Irving, TX | Contract‑to‑Hire

$18.50–$23.50/hr

Ready to launch your career in the Auto-finance industry? We’re hiring multiple entry‑level representatives across two departments, and we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career.

We are hiring for two roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions:

  • Customer Accounts Representative
  • Customer Care Representative

You’ll receive full training — plus opportunities to cross‑train and grow.


1. Customer Accounts Representative

Schedule:

  • Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM
  • Two late shifts weekly: 11 AM–8 PM (never Fridays)
  • Every other Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM
  • One week each month: 7 AM–4 PM + Saturday 7 AM–12 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Make friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments
  • Help customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates
  • Assist with password resets or login issues
  • No heavy collections — escalation teams handle those accounts

2. Customer Care Representative

Schedule:

  • Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM
  • One Saturday per month: 8 AM–12 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Take inbound calls and support customers with:
    • Account questions
    • Payment options
    • Title requests
    • Website/login help

Overtime

  • Up to 3 hours of OT per week
  • Two Saturdays per month required (8 AM–12 PM)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer and data‑entry skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
