About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Audio Visual to drive sales growth across the Florida and East Coast market. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and guiding clients through the complete sales cycle—from prospecting through successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a proactive hunter mentality to expand market presence.
  • Manage and grow strategic client accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Consult clients on Audio Visual solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
  • Develop repeat business through relationship management and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
