Leading their team.
Setting high standards for customer service.
Maintain exceptional product quality standards.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions & Schedule
Team Leadership: Possess the ability to train and develop a team.
Operations & Inventory: Able to make employee schedules, place store food orders, and maintain inventory.
Customer & Product Focus:
Ensure exceptional product quality above all.
Able to respond promptly to customer concerns.
Keep store employees in proper image.
All store calls must be answered after the first ring.
Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino's Policies and work together as a team.
Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Compensation

Qualifications

General Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have valid U.S employment authorization.
Prior management experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrates a friendly demeanor, motivational skills, and enthusiasm.
Organized and efficient in time management.
Preferred restaurant experience.
Physical Requirements
This role requires physical activity, including but not limited to:
Standing and Walking: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Delivery personnel must travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer's location.
Lifting and Carrying:
Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Carrying bulk items, such as 30 pounds of pizza sauce, and three trays of pizza dough at a time (approx. 12 pounds per tray).
Cases are lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
Bending and Reaching:
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station and when stocking ingredients.
Reaching is performed continuously (up, down, and forward).
Occasional reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls or lift/lower objects to and from shelves.
Occasional crouching or squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Other Activities: Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance. Pushing and pulling trays on dollies (requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force).
Equipment Used: Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
