Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the support, development and/or implementation of new applications and techniques while responding to the advanced computing needs of users and/or internal and external customers. The individual in this position serves as a member of the IT management team in the allocation of resources, facilities and personnel to support application programs and projects. The individual supervises the Applications Support Team which administers, designs, implements and supports software custom and commercial software deliverables to meet requirements and specifications. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent is required. Master's Degree is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the management of the applications support staff. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the developing custom applications or working with commercial software in support of business functions is required. Considerable experience in the analysis and implementation of technology systems and considerable experience in managing and directing others and in application systems development and project management is required. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and must be able to travel to all the Reservations. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
