Job description

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Perform applications systems analysis and programming activities. Work across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications. Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects. Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals. Ensure essential Application Development procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards negotiating with external parties when necessary. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made. Demonstrate expertise in XML, Ab Initio, Oracle database, SQL, and Data Warehouse concepts and principles. Utilizing Workday Standard and Custom integrations to formulate strategies for applications development. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation. Six (6) years of experience must include: Implementing change data capture using Bi Temporal data models to track data acrossValid TimeandSystem Time, creating immutable historical records for auditing and complex analytics by inserting and marking in a Bi-Temporal fashion to support Snapshot management reporting; Using Human Resource Data Warehouse from Workday Standard and Custom integrations and Workday's robust, standards-based SOAP and REST APIs, Standard Connector, EIB, Workday Studio to support data Warehouse activities; Developing and maintaining ETL Ab Initio code to transform inbound data types and Implement Complex HR Business rules/Employee Lifecycle process using Abinitio and Data Warehousing concepts; Migrating existing data warehouse workloads to the Snowflake platform, using both automated tools and manual coding/refactoring; Designing and defining security policies based on organizational security requirements to control data access for each individual user at a granular level using Oracle Virtual Private Database; and Creating Public, Standard, and Custom feeds with DataBridge for different audiences, using built-in options for public/standard access and custom code for unique logic, ensuring data flows securely to varied downstream systems. 40 hrs./wk.
