Summary: The Application Support Specialist - Ambulatory role is responsible for supporting the organization's electronic medical record (EMR) application support needs including functionality and training to support clinical, fiscal, IS, and practice management operations. The applicant should be knowledgeable in the clerical/access workflows within an ambulatory practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Credentialed in 1-3 EPIC-focused modules required.
  3. Experience: Two years of experience in healthcare related fields preferred. Two years of Application Support experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A

The pay range for this position is $71,448.00to $96,636.80per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
