Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in scoped application development. The role involves designing user-friendly and scalable ServiceNow applications, optimizing data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scoped applications using App Engine Studio or Service Portal.
• Efficiently leverage ServiceNow's out-of-the-box (OOTB) table structure.
• Optimize data models and tables for performance and scalability.
• Build and configure user-friendly workspaces and interfaces using UI Builder and Workspace Builder.
• Implement access control best practices to ensure application security.
• Utilize Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and develop custom spokes for end-to-end process automation.
• Ensure secure user access and compliance through proper ACLs and access management.
• Apply ServiceNow development best practices to create scalable and maintainable applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Use Automated Test Framework (ATF) for quality assurance and deployment readiness.
• Manage the lifecycle of custom applications within the ServiceNow SDLC framework.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience in scoped application development using App Engine Studio or Service Portal.
