Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Leadership
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs and initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore teams across DevOps, Data, AI, UI, Integration, and related engineering disciplines.
  • Establish program plans, milestones, dependencies, delivery metrics, and governance mechanisms.
  • Drive execution against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a primary technology delivery contact for client stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships with business, product, architecture, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technology programs and delivery plans.
  • Facilitate executive status reviews, steering committees, roadmap discussions, and program governance meetings.
  • Manage expectations, communicate trade-offs, and proactively escalate issues when required.
Technical Workstream Leadership
  • Provide program-level leadership across technical workstreams such as:
    • DevOps & Cloud: CI/CD, automation, infrastructure, cloud adoption, observability, and platform engineering.
    • Data: Data platforms, data engineering, analytics, data integration, governance, and modernization.
    • AI/ML: AI/ML platforms, GenAI initiatives, model integration, data/AI pipelines, and responsible AI practices.
    • UI/Application: Web and application development, UX/UI delivery, modernization, and front-end architecture.
    • Integration: APIs, middleware, enterprise integration, event-driven architecture, and system interoperability.
  • Partner with technical leads and architects to ensure alignment across workstreams and adherence to enterprise architecture and engineering standards.
  • Manage cross-workstream technical dependencies and integration points.
  • Challenge assumptions and facilitate technical decision-making without necessarily being the hands-on technical owner.
Onsite-Offshore Delivery Management
  • Establish an effective operating model between onsite client-facing teams and offshore delivery teams.
  • Ensure clear ownership, accountability, communication, and handoffs across locations.
  • Optimize work allocation between onsite and offshore teams based on skills, dependencies, and delivery needs.
  • Establish effective ceremonies, reporting, escalation paths, and collaboration practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track KPIs, OKRs, delivery metrics, and program health indicators.
  • Maintain program RAID logs, dependency trackers, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
  • Drive Agile/SAFe/Scrum or hybrid delivery practices as appropriate for the client environment.
  • Establish standardized processes and continuously improve delivery methodologies.
  • Support estimation, resource planning, capacity management, and financial tracking.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, engineering management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex technology programs involving multiple technical workstreams.
  • Experience working in an onsite-offshore consulting or services delivery model.
  • Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems across several of the following areas: Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, APIs/Integration, UI/Application Development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, developers, data professionals, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, resources, and program governance.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and/or hybrid software delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or similar program/delivery certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps, data engineering, AI/ML, API, and integration technologies.
  • Experience delivering GenAI/LLM or enterprise AI programs.
  • Experience with enterprise modernization, digital transformation, or platform engineering programs.
  • Prior experience managing programs with 50+ distributed team members.
  • Strong understanding of technology architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Consulting experience with the ability to identify and develop follow-on opportunities.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
