- 20 years – object-oriented development + managing project teams
- 20 years – web application server admin, monitoring, troubleshooting, tuning
- 20 years – data reporting and dashboards
- 20 years – change management / code promotion
- 20 years – source control (Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar)
- 20 years – software build and release management
- 20 years – web API / web services for real-time interfaces
- 20 years – working in Florida DOH systems using Agile
- 10 years – managing a large team (50+ developers)
- 15 years – project management across multiple Florida DOH programs
 
Certifications (both required):
- DevOps Foundation (or higher)
