What Success Looks Like

This is not simply a production CAD designer position. The right person will take ownership of laboratory operations, digital workflow, technical supervision, and final quality control. You do not need to personally design every case, but you must be capable of reviewing other designers' work, identifying problems, making corrections, and determining whether a case is clinically correct, manufacturable, aesthetically appropriate, and ready for delivery.

Growth Opportunity

This position has significant growth potential as Empower Dental Lab expands. The right candidate will help build the laboratory's systems, develop the design and production team, establish digital standards, and become a key leader within the organization.
