The Role:
Stallion is building a best-in-class in-house social studio to power both community and performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The Social Media Content Lead will be one of the core faces and builders of Stallion's social presence, creating high-volume, high-impact content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube that entertains, educates, and converts. They will ideate, script or outline, appear on camera, run man-on-the-street style shoots, and collaborate with our Videographer and paid media team to continuously ship new creative.
This is a full-time, in-office/field role based in New York City, with primary time spent in our central office collaborating on concepts, shoots, and edits.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-own the social content calendar, translating strategy into weekly shoot plans and daily posting across platforms.
  • Ideate and produce short-form content concepts (8-120 seconds) that fit Stallion's brand voice and are designed for virality and ad performance.
  • Serve as a recurring on-camera personality for "voice of brand" segments, educational breakdowns, challenges, and series content.
  • Conduct man-on-the-street and in-person interviews in NYC area, handling outreach, rapid-fire questioning, and making participants comfortable on camera.
  • Coordinate with the Videographer on shot lists, B-roll, audio, and lighting needs for each shoot.
  • Adapt and version content for different placements (Reels vs. TikTok vs. Shorts), including hooks, CTAs, and aspect ratios.
  • Pull and interpret social performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement rate, profile visits, saves/shares) to identify winning patterns and inform new ideas.
  • Partner with the paid media team to tag and pass top-performing organic content into ad testing, and to generate paid-first creative concepts.
  • Monitor fitness, health, and DTC creator trends; propose reactive and "trend-jack" content when relevant to Stallion's audience.

Qualifications:
  • Passion for fitness, training, and health
  • Demonstrated success running social accounts or creator channels with strong growth in followers and engagement
  • Comfortable and confident on camera with the ability to deliver lines naturally, riff, and hold audience attention.
  • Strong grasp of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts best practices: hooks, pacing, captions, sounds, trends, and retention techniques
  • Hands-on skills in basic editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.) and asset preparation for social posting

The pay range for this role is:
