The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Excellent business acumen, problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ADO, and PowerBI
• Proven Project Management experience
• Business maturity to find creative approaches to bring clarity and consistency to resolve areas of uncertainty
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate project dependencies with changing and/or conflicting priorities
• Ability to organize/categorize stakeholder requests/questions to help prioritize workstreams
• Understanding of SKUs and bills of material (BOMs)
• Understanding of Cloud Datacenter Infrastructure (e.g., server racks and components such as SSDs, Hard Drives, Memory) is a big plus.
C:
• Own end to end HW procurement process for qualification
• Coordinate between teams to ensure HW procurement status is up to date
• Develop timelines, dashboards, and process maps to document the needs of the business
• Support sourcing by providing relevant data to build dashboards
• Analyze the data to identify areas of improvement
• Document business requirements and developments for automation tools
