Leverage yourexpertisein agricultural lending, financialanalysisand customer service to provide scorecard lending and loan administration services to FCC customers and Alliance partners.

As a Senior Ag Lending Analyston the Premier Dealer Finance team,you'llprocess complex credit facility applications, complete financial and risk analysis, prepare loan and legal documentation, and support lending programs. Your strong credit adjudication skills and attention to detail will enable you to deliveraccuratelending solutions, respond to customerrequestsand support loan administration activities.

Whatyou'lldo

  • Interview customers, assess needs and complete financial and risk analysis by phone to process credit facility applications

  • Prepare required loan and legal documentation and support loan administration activities

  • Process disbursements,adjudicatecredit, complete creditchecksand process payoffs for Alliance partner programs

  • Respond to customer and partner requests received by phone,emailand other channels

  • Execute collection activities and outbound call initiatives

  • Provide informal mentorship, coaching and guidance to developing Ag Lending Analysts and support process consistency

Whatyou'llbring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • Abachelor'sdegree in agriculture,businessand/or finance

  • Minimumtwoyears of relevant experience, including agricultural lendingorfinance(oranequivalentcombination ofeducation andexperience)

  • Extensive knowledge of agricultural finance,lendingand loan administration practices

  • Provenexpertisein financial analysis, creditassessmentand risk analysis

  • Demonstratedproficiencyusing computer systems and business information systems

  • Knowledge of lending processes, sales practices and legal requirements related topersonal propertyand mortgage lending

  • Ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge with colleagues

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as an Ag Lending Analyst

  • Knowledge of Alliance partner lending programs and agreements

  • Experience working in a customer servicecentreor call-centreenvironment
