MJ Morgan Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager / Recruiter to join our growing Cleveland team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting great people with great jobs, and helping businesses solve workforce challenges.
In this role, you'll recruit top talent, manage client relationships, represent our company in the community, and help oversee a small local office. Every day is different-you'll spend time interviewing candidates, meeting with clients, attending community events, and developing recruiting strategies that drive success.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit, interview, screen, and place candidates in clerical, administrative, technical, and warehouse positions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and job seekers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and MJ Morgan Group
  • Attend job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities to attract talent and strengthen community partnerships
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and employment eligibility verification (I-9s)
  • Process job requisitions and maintain accurate candidate records within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Travel locally to meet candidates, employees, and clients
  • Support and help manage a small office team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and employees

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and succeed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping people

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in Spanish, Dari, French, Nepali, Amharic, or another language is highly valued
