Solution Architect for Amazon Lex/Connect

Location - Johnston, RI

Connect with Business people as well as technical team

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect to design, develop, and implement scalable cloud-based contact center and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of AWS services, chatbot design, IVR systems, and customer experience optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Amazon Lex (chatbot development, intents, utterances, slot management).
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing profiles, queues).
  • Expertise in AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3.
  • Experience in designing conversational AI and NLP-based solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
