  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, keywords, images, A+ Content, storefronts, variations, and catalog structure to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Develop, launch, and manage Amazon PPC and Sponsored Ads campaigns across multiple products and brands, focusing on efficient use of advertising budgets.
  • Monitor key Amazon performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversion rates, traffic, rankings, and marketplace profitability, and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase organic ranking, conversion rates, customer reviews, and overall market share within Amazon.
  • Plan and manage Amazon promotions, coupons, pricing strategies, and new product launches to drive incremental revenue and brand growth.
  • Monitor Amazon account health, including suppressed listings, catalog issues, chargebacks, and marketplace compliance, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Coordinate Amazon inventory requirements with purchasing, production, and operations teams to maintain stock availability and support sales targets.
  • Prioritize advertising and promotional spend based on SKU-level revenue, margins, inventory levels, and performance data.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, positioning, promotions, and marketplace activity to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Own day-to-day management and optimization of the Shopify ecosystem across multiple brands and product lines, ensuring a high-performing direct-to-consumer experience.
  • Improve website merchandising, product pages, collections, navigation, promotions, and overall customer experience on Shopify.
  • Manage a large and evolving SKU catalog on Shopify while maintaining accurate pricing, content, product information, and merchandising.
  • Identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchases, and overall direct-to-consumer revenue.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional calendars, bundles, discounts, and seasonal campaigns across Shopify and related digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources on SEO, paid media, email and SMS campaigns, creative assets, and website improvements.
  • Monitor Shopify site performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and profitability through ongoing testing and optimization.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow multiple brands across Amazon, Shopify, and other digital channels, balancing short-term wins with long-term brand equity.
  • Manage competing priorities across brands, product categories, and SKUs, ensuring that resources are allocated to the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Build and maintain promotional and product-launch calendars that align with brand and revenue objectives.
  • Coordinate brand messaging and creative direction across digital channels to ensure consistency and alignment with brand positioning.
  • Identify new products, bundles, cross-selling opportunities, and marketplace opportunities to expand revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Analyze customer behavior, competitor activity, category trends, and digital performance to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Work with leadership to establish revenue targets, marketing budgets, and channel-level profitability goals, and report on progress against these targets.
  • Manage outside agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners as needed to support advertising, creative, and technical initiatives.
  • Identify underperforming brands and SKUs and develop corrective strategies, including pricing, positioning, promotional, or assortment changes.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, operations, finance, creative, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain teams to build and execute the overall e-commerce strategy.
  • Operate independently, take ownership of results, and communicate performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Essential Skills
