WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Amazon - Origins to support the management of Amazon's growth in the Americas region. In this role, you will support the execution of commercial strategies to meet KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hybrid, 3 days in office role, based out of our New York office.
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 to 110,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
  • Manage and execute a comprehensive online commercial strategy that drives the digital experience, maximizes sales, and achieves key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Deliver a seamless and best-in-class consumer experience through the execution of the go-to-market plan
  • Partner with performance marketing to develop campaigns that drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, and increase conversion
  • Analyze key online performance metrics and identify data-driven insights to support optimization efforts and online sales growth
  • Enhance product detail pages by managing and optimizing content, including images, descriptions, and keywords, to enhance visibility, improve SEO, to drive higher traffic and conversion
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account, ensuring seamless order management, customer service and inventory management
  • Execute the assortment and content strategy in collaboration with brand and creative teams to enhance the digital experience
  • Partner with the demand planning team to provide data inputs for sales forecasting, ensuring sufficient stock levels, and optimizing inventory to meet customer demand
  • Provide inputs to the Head of Amazon for Sales Planning and overall P&L for the key account
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports, revising strategies as needed based on actual sales and market trends
  • Maintain a working knowledge of business performance drivers, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to support optimization efforts across partners
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with the account, fostering collaboration and trust to drive mutual growth and success
  • Represent the Origins brand in high-visibility retailer-specific corporate meetings and strategy sessions, ensuring image, presentation, and actions support brand ethos and the strengthening of brand values
  • Perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
  • 3-5 years of Online experience, experience working on an Amazon account preferred
  • Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Market or Business Management is an asset
  • Demonstrated understanding of the functional beauty market with direct working experience with key Online pure players
  • Strong problem solver and negotiator with excellent follow-up skills and ability to build solid collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrates solid business and analytical acumen
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships, internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
