About The Role

As the Amazon Growth Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies that support the acceleration of LG H&H Americas brands online with a focus on Amazon. This role will ensure that LG H&H Americas investments in online strategies support growth, while providing a seamless customer journey. This role requires experience managing an Amazon business, and ability to secure the most optimal product portfolios for beauty and personal care. We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, and capable of influencing teams and key stakeholders to support ongoing business initiatives.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Amazon Online Growth.

Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Position Title: Brand Manager

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, business needs, and employment classification, in compliance with California pay transparency requirements.

Responsibilities

  • New Product Setup: Work with brand, creative, retail marketing and merchandising teams as appropriate to create and publish Amazon product listings, and brand store content, with high quality copy, images, and A+/Enhanced Brand Premium Content
  • Familiar with maintaining and publishing new and existing product listings from seller and vendor central via product category feed file templates, or PIM.
  • Optimize and increase product visibility with a full understanding of search optimization and ranking.
  • Case Log Management: Work with Amazon Vendor & Seller support to troubleshoot & resolve listing issues & other catalog problems
  • Actively monitor Amazon listings for unusual or negative activity including listing violations by unauthorized 3rd party sellers, listing suppressions, stranded inventory issues, and pricing fluctuations
  • Develop and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
  • Monitor, optimize, and manage daily Amazon campaign performance and budget, making adjustments as necessary to maximize ROI and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and conduct regular reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory and demand forecasting aligns with advertising strategy.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon online growth strategy that aligns with LG H&H Americas overall business goals
  • Create weekly, monthly and quarterly digital advertising Amazon reports
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities on Amazon, including new products, markets, and advertising initiatives
  • Optimize towards CPM, ACoS, TACos, ROAS metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives
  • Optimize Amazon product listings to ensure a positive customer experience and increase search visibility
  • Monitor Amazon sales performance and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our Amazon online growth strategy

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and at least 3 years with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace, including its search algorithm, ranking factors, and advertising platforms
  • Experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Strong analytical skills are required with the ability to analyze data, interpret it, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency and command of Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
