Front Desk Agent / Re:Fuel Attendant (Part-Time)

Location: Aloft Hotel, Mount Laurel, NJ Schedule: Part-Time | 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Position Summary

Aloft is seeking an energetic, customer-focused team member to serve in a hybrid role as both a Front Desk Agent and Re:Fuel Attendant. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by assisting with front desk operations while maintaining the Re:Fuel grab-and-go food and beverage area during the morning hours. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Front Desk Agent Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
  • Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
  • Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Re:Fuel Attendant Responsibilities
  • Prepare and stock breakfast and grab-and-go food and beverage items.
  • Ensure Re:Fuel area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Replenish coffee stations, beverages, snacks, and condiments.
  • Track inventory needs and communicate restocking requirements to management.
