Overview

The Sr. Campaign Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of programmatic media campaigns from launch through support and optimization. This role plays a critical part in driving results through strategic media management, testing initiatives, and close collaboration with client counterparts to ensure alignment and clarity across all campaign efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end programmatic campaign launches, including trafficking, QA, pacing, and performance monitoring
  • Support testing strategies to drive performance insights and innovation, including overseeing campaign optimizations and report analysis
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and client counterparts regarding campaign delivery, direction, and updates pertinent to client and business goals
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform optimizations and improve KPIs, including collaborating internally for accurate client reporting
  • Maintain accountability for QA procedures across upcoming and live campaigns
  • Maintain organization across multiple campaigns and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideate and implement new ways to improve campaign/account performance and growth across media platforms.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and media terminology
  • 2+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or programmatic campaign management
  • Experience activating in platforms across GoogleAds, DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, and/or Microsoft Ads
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a must.
  • Experience in working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with being flexible in an ever-changing environment.
