Distribution Sales Manager - Central Region

As a Distribution Sales Manager - Central Region, your mission is to develop and execute an effective and successful industrial vacuum equipment sales strategy for assigned distributors, markets and key customers. Enhance the Division's and Company's reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the company's core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation. You will report to Distributor Sales Manager.

You will

Professionalism & Company Representation

  • Maintain a professional image through actions and initiatives that support the company's reputation and brand.
  • Consistently demonstrate the core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation while promoting the principle of "First in Mind, First in Choice."
  • Take initiative to achieve objectives and maintain effective communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Personal Development (10%)

  • Continuously expand knowledge of vacuum products, sales techniques, and marketing strategies through training, professional publications, networking, industry organizations, and use of the Global Business Portal.
  • Actively pursue personal and professional growth and development opportunities.

Market Analysis (5%)

  • Monitor economic trends, industry developments, and market conditions that may impact the vacuum pump and system business.
  • Share relevant insights and recommendations with Business Line Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and Sales Representatives to support business growth and strategic planning.

Reporting (5%)

  • Prepare and submit reports on sales activity, lost orders, project status, follow-up actions, and performance against budget.
  • Communicate significant market developments, customer feedback, competitive activity, and recommendations regarding products, services, and pricing.

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
To Succeed, You Will Need

We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds and experiences. You have 3-5 years of relevant industrial sales experience, preferably in the industrial vacuum sector. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
