Complete Water Systems is looking for an experienced, motivated In-Home Water Filtration & Plumbing Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a commission-based sales position paying commission on net income, with uncapped earning potential.

You'll work with homeowners who are interested in improving their water quality or have plumbing needs. The position combines scheduled in-home/on-site consultations with phone, text, and email follow-up.

We're looking for someone who can educate—not pressure—customers, present multiple solutions, follow up consistently, and close business.

What You'll Do

• Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations or phone calls
• Perform basic water testing
• Discuss the customer's water quality concerns
• Evaluate existing water treatment equipment
• Identify existing soft-water loops and potential installation locations
• Identify visible plumbing conditions that may affect the project
• Take photos and document site conditions
• Recommend appropriate water filtration and plumbing solutions
• Present multiple options when appropriate
• Prepare and present customer estimates
• Explain warranties, maintenance, financing, and installation expectations
• Follow up on open estimates
• Communicate by phone, text, and email
• Maintain accurate customer notes and sales activity
• Coordinate projects with our office and field technicians
• Ask for the sale and obtain customer approval

You sell the project—our installation and service teams perform the work.

• All-in-one softener and filtration systems

• Salt-free water treatment
• Specialty water filtration
• Water heaters
• Tankless water heaters
• Pressure-reducing valves
• Main shutoff replacements
• Plumbing repairs and upgrades
• Water treatment and plumbing installation packages

Experience That Translates Well

Previous sales experience in any of the following is highly desirable:

• Restoration
• Windows and doors
• Home remodeling
• Pest control
• Home security
• Other residential home-improvement services

Water treatment experience is preferred but not required.

If you're an experienced in-home salesperson, we can train you on our water treatment products, plumbing services, installation requirements, and sales process.

Schedule & Territory

This is a Phoenix-area field sales position.

You will travel to customer homes throughout our service area for scheduled consultations and sales opportunities.

Appointment schedules may vary based on customer availability. Some afternoon, evening, or occasional weekend availability may be necessary.
