We are seeking skilled Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians to service, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout the Phoenix Metro area. If you're a motivated technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and solving complex mechanical issues, we want to hear from you.

Schedule
Monday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-call rotation and after-hours service work required as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Maintenance
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Clean and service condensers, evaporators, coils, filters, and related system components.
  • Inspect electrical controls, wiring, motors, and safety devices.
  • Conduct performance testing to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Identify potential problems before equipment failure occurs.

Diagnostics & Repairs
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues.
  • Repair or replace compressors, motors, condensers, thermostats, expansion valves, contactors, and other system components.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify root causes of equipment failure.
  • Complete accurate service documentation, repair records, and work orders.
  • Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.

Service & Customer Support
  • Perform scheduled service calls at commercial and retail customer locations.
  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to customers and management.
  • Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and energy-efficient solutions when appropriate.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Safety & Compliance
  • Adhere to OSHA standards, company policies, and industry safety regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC/Refrigeration requirements.
  • Properly handle refrigerants and follow EPA guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe and organized company vehicle and work environment.

Qualifications
Required
  • Experience working as a Commercial HVAC and/or Refrigeration Technician.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • EPA Certification preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage service routes effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform duties in varying weather conditions.

Preferred
  • Experience servicing retail, restaurant, grocery, warehouse, or other commercial facilities.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Experience with walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-in refrigeration units, rooftop units (RTUs), package units, and ice machines.
  • Prior experience working in an on-call service environment.
