Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in heavy civil, environmental, utility, excavation, grading, landfill, or stream restoration projects.


Ideal Backgrounds:
• Landfill construction and operations
• HDPE liner installation and geosynthetics
• Stream restoration
• Environmental remediation
• Heavy civil/sitework construction
• Utilities, excavation, and grading


Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
• Manage projects from award through completion
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams
• Track project costs, schedules, and overall performance


Required Skills:
• Strong estimating and project management experience
• Experience with utilities, excavation, grading, stream restoration, or landfill construction
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Proficiency with HeavyBid, AGTEK, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications


Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Science, or related field
• Rosgen Training is a plus
