Position Overview: This position supports the AFRC Aeromedical Case Management Support as a Customer Support & Correspondence Specialist. Nearly 70,000 Air Force Reservists depend on timely aeromedical case processing to stay ready to fly, deploy, and serve, and this program keeps that pipeline moving for the Office of the Command Surgeon, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, at Robins AFB, Georgia. In this role, you are the voice of the program: answering and routing calls and email from 69 reserve medical units and individual members, and managing the outgoing correspondence that closes every case.

Location: On-site, Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA. Standard weekday schedule, 0800–1600, no weekends. Limited situational telework.


Anticipated Start Date: 31 August 2026 (pending contract award)


Position Responsibilities:

  • Answer and return member and unit calls and email within contract timelines; work urgent cases same day.
  • Screen, route, and escalate incoming correspondence with 90%+ accuracy; prepare outgoing correspondence and disposition mail-outs.
  • Support meeting scheduling, minutes, and program administration.


Requirements:

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service or correspondence experience in a medical, military, or Government administrative environment.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Clear oral and written communication; Microsoft Office and PDF proficiency.
  • Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 1 (NACI) background investigation; current or prior investigation is a plus.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Military medical or base customer-service background.
  • Call-center experience.
  • Familiarity with military correspondence standards.
