Advanced Endoscopy Opening in Little Rock, AR Location: Little Rock, AR Nearby Cities: North Little Rock, AR 5 m; Conway, AR 30 m; Hot Springs, AR 55 m; Memphis, TN 130 m Type: Full-Time, Employed Setting: Hospital-Based, GI Hospitalist Group New Grads: Welcome – Advanced Endoscopy training preferred ---Opportunity: A leading medical center in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking an additional Advanced Endoscopy Specialist to join its well-established GI hospitalist team. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, a robust procedural volume, and strong administrative and anesthesia support. --- Position Highlights:Schedule: 2 weeks on (hospital responsibility) / 2 weeks off Procedures: ERCP and EUS proficiency preferred, but not required Facilities: - 3 ORs dedicated to GI procedures - 2 CRNAs dedicated daily to GI services Practice Model: Hospital-based GI hospitalist group Support: Strong collaboration with surgical, anesthesia, and nursing teams Environment: Well-equipped endoscopy suites with advanced technology --- Candidate Requirements:Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Fellowship training in Advanced Endoscopy preferred (ERCP and/or EUS) Eligible for or active Arkansas Medical License Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and teamwork --- Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Base Salary with productivity and quarterly quality bonuses Earning Potential: High six-figure annual income Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package: - Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - Retirement Plan with Employer Contribution - CME Allowance and Professional Expense Reimbursement - Paid Malpractice Insurance - Relocation Assistance --- Practice Environment:Established, collegial GI hospitalist team with a strong local reputation Access to dedicated GI ORs, CRNA coverage, and advanced endoscopy equipment Opportunity to increase advanced procedural volume over time Physician-led organization with a collaborative, patient-first culture --- About the Community: Little Rock, Arkansas, the state capital, offers a vibrant mix of culture, outdoor recreation, and southern hospitality.
