Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and present finance and insurance options to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Secure financing through a network of lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
  • Maximize profitability through product offerings while maintaining transparency and trust

Qualifications/Requirements – Finance Manager:

  • At least 2 years’ automotive F&I experience is required
  • Strong understanding of lending practices, credit applications, and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds)
  • High ethical standards and customer-focused mindset
