Store Supervisor

Location: Oceanside, CA  •  Full-Time  •  Hourly (Non-Exempt)  •  Reports to: General / Assistant Manager

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, you're a key part of the management team and run daily operations when the General or Assistant Manager is away. You'll lead shifts, develop the team, and keep the store guest-ready from open to close.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily store operations in partnership with management — from opening to closing.
  • Build team schedules, train employees, and maintain the right staffing levels.
  • Drive sales, manage inventory, and keep the store clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
  • Support hiring, coaching, and day-to-day performance on the floor.
  • Ensure company standards and policies are met on every shift.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of restaurant or retail experience preferred; lead experience a plus.
  • High school diploma required; AA/BA degree preferred.
  • Organized, dependable, and confident making decisions.
  • Strong communication, training, and customer-service skills.
  • Availability of ~35+ hours per week, including holidays, weekends and holidays.

Base Pay

$ 22.00– $25.00 per [hour], based on experience

Performance Bonus

Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly

Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
