Position Summary

The Corporate Sales Liaison plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and overall success of the sales department. Acting as the central point of communication between the Sales Managers, sales team, and executive leadership, this position ensures accurate sales tracking, streamlined processes, and timely execution of key administrative and operational functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to supporting a high-performing sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Performance Management
  • Own and manage sales performance tracking, including KPIs, revenue reporting, and goal attainment
  • Deliver actionable insights through weekly and monthly reporting to support leadership decision-making
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for margin and revenue improvement
  • Maintain and enhance "Goals vs. Actual" reporting for executive visibility
  • Partner with leadership to support forecasting and annual goal planning

Process Optimization & Systems Management
  • Evaluate, refine, and standardize sales processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Oversee CRM data integrity, ensuring timely and accurate updates to sales activities and order statuses
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and custom spreadsheets to improve visibility and productivity
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and reduce operational friction

Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
  • Serve as a central point of alignment between sales, leadership, marketing, and operations
  • Drive communication of key initiatives, updates, and performance insights across teams
  • Support leadership meetings with reporting
  • Draft and deliver internal communications that reinforce clarity and accountability

Operational Oversight
  • Maintain governance over sales documentation, contracts, and compliance-related processes
  • Oversee resource coordination for the sales team, including tools, and materials
Sales Enablement & Team Support
  • Equip the sales team with the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed
  • Act as a subject matter resource for pricing, processes, and sales support infrastructure

Marketing & Incentive Alignment
  • Partner with marketing to support the development and distribution of sales materials and campaigns
  • Oversee sales recognition programs and performance-based incentives
  • Ensure alignment between promotional efforts and sales objectives

Commercial & Project Support
  • Oversee bid tracking and commercial sales processes, ensuring visibility and accountability
  • Support execution and tracking of awarded projects to ensure operational alignment

Qualifications
