firstPRO350 is seeking an HRIS Administrator for a permanent position in the Buckhead area.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in: Workday, report writing, HRIS configuration/maintenance, security administration, system upgrades/enhancements, and an overall solid HRIS background.


Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite/2 days remote


Summary:

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, system security, and overall system performance. This role manages system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing process improvements while supporting HR operations through reporting, analytics, and automation. Serving as the HRIS subject matter expert, the HRIS Analyst provides technical support, troubleshooting, user guidance, and project management for HR technology initiatives. This position also develops meaningful workforce metrics and insights to improve operational efficiency and support business decision-making, while performing additional projects and responsibilities as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related questions, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and reporting requests.
  • Maintain and support the HRIS platform by implementing system updates, communicating enhancements and known issues, and ensuring data accuracy through regular audits and maintenance.
  • Partner with HR team members and business stakeholders to support system upgrades, integrations, testing, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Work closely with end users to analyze business needs, design solutions, test new functionality, and implement system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, business rules, security settings, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Oversee HRIS data structures, interfaces, and integration requirements while ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards.
  • Support integrations between the HRIS and other business systems, including payroll, benefits, learning management, identity management, and other third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Information Technology to ensure accurate and efficient processing of employee data and business transactions.
  • Evaluate existing HR systems and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend technology solutions that increase efficiency and automation.
  • Configure and administer annual performance management processes, including review templates, reporting, user support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Support annual compensation planning by configuring merit review cycles, creating salary planning worksheets, monitoring approvals, and coordinating data transfers to payroll.
  • Research new HRIS functionality and recommend system enhancements that align with organizational goals and evolving business needs.
  • Develop, document, streamline, and automate HR processes to improve operational efficiency and the employee experience.
  • Design and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and both standard and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor HR data quality, maintain compliance with applicable privacy and regulatory requirements, and assist with internal and external audit activities.
  • Administer HRIS security roles and user access, ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance with security standards. Partner with IT to support single sign-on (SSO) and related access controls.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to HR team members and managers on HR technology platforms and system functionality.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation to ensure consistent use of HR systems across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Workday (required); UKG is a plus
