Job description

$400,000 - $1,000,000 a year
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon - VERMONT

We're looking for a board-certified or board-eligible OMS to join our Vermont partners in a practice with steady patient flow. We're offering more than a position...we're offering partnership in a platform where clinical excellence is the standard, autonomy is protected, and collective success drives individual achievement.

What You'll Do:
Deliver the full scope of OMS procedure with precision and care - because your patients deserve nothing less.
Diagnose and manage complex cases with clinical excellence that sets you apart.
Collaborate with elite surgeons and support teams who actually have your back.
Build referral relationships that grow your practice and your reputation.
Lead and mentor - because the best surgeons don't just operate, they elevate everyone around them.

Who You Are:
You're committed to delivering exceptional patient care with honesty and clinical integrity.
You're collaborative, but you value your autonomy.
You're confident in your skills, but hungry to keep getting better.
You know "good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.

What You Need:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in OMS.
VT state licensure (or eligibility).
Clinical chops, communication skills, and the drive to push boundaries.

What You Get:
Competitive salary with productivity incentives - your success directly impacts your earnings.
Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) match.
Signing bonus and relocation assistance to make the move easy.
Equity purchase - build wealth, not just a paycheck.
Clinical autonomy supported by a network of 44+ elite oral surgeons across the Northeast.
Dedicated administrative and clinical support so you can focus on surgery.
Malpractice coverage, PTO, and continuing education allowance.

About MAX:
We're the Northeast's first surgeon-led OMS-only platform, built by surgeons for surgeons. Since 2022, we've been breaking the mold across NJ, NY, PA, VT, and CT, delivering clinical autonomy, advanced technology, and real financial growth opportunities. MAX Surgical Specialty Management is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds.
