CT Technologist โ€“ Radiology - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Location:ย Hartsville, TN
Job Type:ย Travel Contract
Duration:ย 13 weeks
Shift:ย 3x12 Nights
Pay:ย $2,739.60/weekย (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)ย 


Position Summary:

The CT Technologist performs high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role ensures patient safety, accurate imaging, and compliance with all regulatory standards while delivering compassionate care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners and related equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Administer contrast agents as required, following established protocols.
  • Verify patient identification and review physician orders for accuracy.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update electronic health records (EHR).
  • Perform quality control checks on equipment and images.
  • Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate results.

Job Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Current Radiologic Technologist license in [State/Region].
    • ARRT certification in Radiography and CT required.
    • BLS certification required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1โ€“2 years of experience in CT imaging preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in CT imaging techniques and equipment operation.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
    • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
