About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:

Partner with senior leadership and deliver innovative treasury solutions for complex, large-scale business needs. This role will serve as a trusted advisor across the enterprise, with a strong focus on healthcare payer, provider , and higher Ed clients. Key areas of focus include revenue cycle optimization, AP automation, Systems integration, and the application of treasury best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, helping shape and influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term priorities
  • Lead the development and execution of solutions for highly complex, multi-faceted treasury challenges across business lines
  • Provide vision and direction on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, delivering innovative and sustainable business solutions
  • Drive the resolution of complex business, operational, and technical issues requiring advanced analysis and strategic thinking
  • Lead Treasury Management consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor to peers and junior team members
  • Collaborate across functions and engage with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a subject-matter expert
  • Partner with healthcare clients to optimize revenue cycle processes and improve liquidity and cash flow management
  • Support complex deal structuring, pricing strategies, and solution design tailored to client needs

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with higher ed,healthcare payer and provider clients, including strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships through collaboration and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of treasury-related regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a history of delivering innovative, client-focused solutions


Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • This position will require 30-40% of travel
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
