Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation Range: $260,000 - $365,000 annually
Vendor Fee: Fixed Fee - $5000
180 days guarantee period
Position Overview
Client Wealth is seeking an Experienced Wealth Management Associate to join its highly regarded, fully integrated multi-family office practice. With over 100 years of history, Client Wealth provides sophisticated, personalized advice to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families across estate planning, tax strategy, philanthropy, trust administration, and investment management.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with some of the world's wealthiest families, collaborating with in-house investment advisors and trust administration professionals to deliver comprehensive, tailored wealth planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on complex estate planning and gift and estate tax analysis for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Advise families on a wide range of sophisticated wealth planning matters, including:
    • Developing long-term estate planning strategies
    • Drafting estate planning documents
    • Advising on lifetime gifting strategies
    • Managing estate and trust administration matters
    • Assisting with planning for family businesses and charitable organizations
  • Collaborate closely with in-house investment management and trust administration teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Provide thoughtful, practical advice while maintaining the highest level of client service and professional judgment.
  • Manage client matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience focused on sophisticated estate planning and gift and estate tax analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Strong tax knowledge and estate planning drafting skills.
  • Excellent professional judgment and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, client service-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule & Environment
  • Hybrid work model with a requirement of at least four days per week in the office.
  • Schedule subject to change based on firm, department, and client needs.
Work Authorization
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Market-based compensation aligned with attorney level and experience.
  • The anticipated salary range for this role is $260,000 - $365,000, excluding bonus compensation and a generous benefits package.
