ASSISTANT MANAGER — MINNEAPOLIS

Part-time | On-site | Potential to grow into a full-time position

Role Description

The Assistant Manager supports ModernWell’s daily operations while creating a polished and welcoming experience for members and guests. This role will begin as a part-time position, with the opportunity to evolve into a full-time role based on performance and the needs of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Open and close the space.
  • Greet members and guests and manage check-ins.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
  • Support membership, office, meeting-room, and event sales.
  • Coordinate bookings and prepare rooms for meetings and events.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shared spaces.
  • Assist with member communications, recordkeeping, and vendor coordination.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, office management, or community management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
