We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our properties, ensuring a positive experience for residents and maintaining efficient property management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leasing activities
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with the maintenance team
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
