Project Management Assistant

Baltimore, MD/ In-office 5 days/week
Salary: $75,000 base salary

Our client, a well-known privately-held construction company in Baltimore, MD is looking to hire a Project Management Assistant to their growing team! This Project Management Assistant provides administrative and financial support to the project management team within a construction and manufacturing environment. This role reports directly to the Assistant Controller and works closely with Project Managers to help ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

  • Serve as a liaison between project management, accounting, and external stakeholders

  • Support invoice processing and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
